It will fit. Uses the same clips as the ML(163). But you may be better off with a W208 version.

Assuming you have an updated cluster (and wheel). Shwepsy's CLK is a '98 model, so pre-facelift. Fairly safe assumption that the cluster hasn't been updated, so a ML COMAND unit will work fine (and won't need the CANBUS interface).
