I was initially concerned when I saw that my tyres did not have tread right across the width???
Then I looked them up on the Internet and found that this was normal.
Not only that they get a very good write-up.

A) Excellent Braking Performance Wet & Dry Roads.:bannana:
B) Outstanding Protection Against Aquaplaning.:bannana:

Anyone else have these or know of them?

They do look odd don't they, almost as if they were half finished.

We have similiar tyres on the Smart car, Continentals too. The way that thing sticks to the road is amazing...except when it is ever so slightly icy. No need for 3 point turns:p

Hi Brian,

I've heard of them... the brand and that particular type. I used to have Continental Sport Contact on my previous car - 190E.

My current car has Michelin Pilot HX on the front and Goodyear Eagle F1 on the back.

I must say though... that does look like an intriguing tread pattern that you have there, almost like semi-slicks heh
