Update - Problem solved! New Webasto heater unit fitted. Initial problems with the small pulse pump that was seized solid but my friendly local garage took it to pieces and freed it off. The system now works perfectly and the water coming out of the unit is VERY hot. Can't believe the difference and a reasonable bill as well. Couldn't be better. Many thanks to all for your help..
