C124 warped rear "door" cards - Well, the coupe equivalent

I'm not quite sure how to describe the rear side panels of a coupe's interior, hence "door" cards in the title.

My 124 coupe's rear door cards have warped enough to loosen the seat belt feeder's surround, so it now comes away quite regularly.

I've been advised replacement is the better way forwards, after a failed attempt to glue the surround in place.

I have a mushroom-coloured leather interior, so does anyone know where I can pick up said items? Are they still available from Mercedes?

Because my description isn't that clear, I've attached a photo circling the problematic seat belt feeder surround and one of the two rear trim peices I wish to replace

Any advice is welcomed.
Many thanks in advance,

Darren
